Refunds & Returns Policy
All orders can be cancelled until they are shipped. If you need to change or cancel an order that has already been paid for, please notify us within 12 hours of purchase. Once the packaging and shipping process has commenced, we are unable to cancel your order.
We are committed to ensuring that you are completely satisfied with your purchase. Therefore, we offer refunds or reshipments for ordered products in the following situations:
- You do not receive your order within 45 days (not including 2-5 day processing time)
- You receive an incorrect item
- You receive a defective or damaged item
- You decide that you do not want the product you have received (provided that the item is unused and returned at your expense)
To request a refund or reshipment, please contact us through our Contact Us page within 15 days of the end of the guaranteed delivery period (45 days).
Please note that we do not issue refunds in the following situations:
- Your order does not arrive due to factors within your control (e.g. providing an incorrect shipping address)
- Your order does not arrive due to exceptional circumstances beyond our control (e.g. customs delays, natural disasters, etc.)
