Once you’ve found an item you wish to buy, simply click the “ADD TO CART” button. Please ensure that you adhere to the instructions provided on the order page. Following the placement of your order, items will be manufactured and typically dispatched within 2-3 business days. The delivery period is expected to be 2-5 business days after the items are shipped.

We process all orders placed on our website using authorized Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and PayPal methods. When you provide your card details for a purchase, if the card is still valid and hasn’t expired, it will be pre-approved, and the charge will be applied during the processing stage.

For all standard orders, you will always receive a confirmation email once your order has been shipped. Please remember to check both your inbox and spam folder when looking for email notifications.

STANDARD SHIPPING

Orders are generally shipped within 72 hours (Monday - Friday) using Fedex, UPS and USPS's delivery standard is 3 - 7 days.

We offer some all Free Shipping except international shipping.

During checkout, enter your address the ship option. Click the continue to shipping" button.
Orders placed before 3pm during store hours (Tuesday - Sunday, 12pm - 6pm) will be delivered the same day. Orders placed outside of these hours will be delivered the next day we are open.

We are not responsible for any custom fees once the items have shipped. By purchasing our products, you consent that one or more packages may be shipped to you and may get custom fees when they arrive to your country.

TRACKING INFORMATION

You will receive an email with a tracking number once your order is shipped but sometimes due to free shipping tracking is not available. For logistical reasons, items in the same purchase may be sent in separate packages even if you’ve specified combined shipping.

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

After we have received the product/s and examined them thoroughly, the price will be refunded to you at short notice, at least within 14 days.

Return Policy

Order Cancellation:

All orders can be cancelled until they are shipped. If you need to change or cancel an order that has already been paid for, please notify us within 12 hours of purchase. Once the packaging and shipping process has commenced, we are unable to cancel your order.

Refunds:

We are committed to ensuring that you are completely satisfied with your purchase. Therefore, we offer refunds or reshipments for ordered products in the following situations:

  • You do not receive your order within 45 days (not including 2-5 day processing time)
  • You receive an incorrect item
  • You receive a defective or damaged item
  • You decide that you do not want the product you have received (provided that the item is unused and returned at your expense)

To request a refund or reshipment, please contact us through our Contact Us page within 15 days of the end of the guaranteed delivery period (45 days).

Please note that we do not issue refunds in the following situations:

  • Your order does not arrive due to factors within your control (e.g. providing an incorrect shipping address)
  • Your order does not arrive due to exceptional circumstances beyond our control (e.g. customs delays, natural disasters, etc.)
